The manufacturing process for holographic labels is more complex than standard printing, resulting in a higher minimum order quantity. HOLO SOLUTION's generic holographic labels are self-designed and produced, making them unavailable on the market and ensuring good confidentiality. Printing a customized logo on the generic holographic label can serve as a brand-specific anti-counterfeit label. In addition to the brand logo, variable data such as serial numbers, random codes, or QR codes can be printed for distributor or sales quantity management.
The main categories of customized printing are as follows:
There are various styles and detailed classifications of holographic label substrates. For more information, please refer to "Introduction to Generic Holographic Label Styles."
Printed Holographic Labels
Positioning Printing Type: The holographic pattern on each label is in a fixed position, allowing for customized printing and serial numbers. However, the label size must remain fixed and cannot be customized.
Wallpaper-like Pattern Printing Type: The holographic pattern covers the entire surface of the label in a continuous, wallpaper-like manner. This regularity also enhances its anti-counterfeit properties. Compared to the positioning printing type, the wallpaper-like pattern printing type allows for customization of different label sizes or shapes and is more suitable for color printing.

Hollow-out Holographic Labels
In addition to printing, customized information and serial numbers can be added using laser engraving. This method pierces the metal layer of the holographic label but does not create a tactile impression on the surface. Since the brand information is embedded in the layers of the label, it cannot be erased or altered using organic solvents.
When a hollow-out holographic label is applied, it reveals the color or texture of the underlying surface. Depending on the color or printed pattern of the surface, it can create complex and interesting visual effects.
Hollow-out engraving can produce extremely intricate and complex patterns, enhancing its texture and anti-counterfeit capabilities.
Both printed and hollow-out holographic labels can be made with serial numbers for logistics or distributor management.
Guilloche Holographic Labels
If more complex printed patterns are required, and to avoid interference with similarly complex holographic patterns that might obscure the main design, the Guilloche holographic label is a suitable solution. Its holographic substrate has less complex patterns, with the main information and anti-counterfeit effects concentrated in the printed design.
