Core Technology 1: VOID Tamper-Evident Seal
The seal of the security tamper-evident bag uses VOID tamper-evident technology. When the sealing strip is removed or tampered with, irreversible text such as “VOID” or “OPENED” immediately appears at the opening area, and the sealing structure cannot be restored to its original condition.
This destructive sealing design allows inspectors, management personnel, or recipients to identify at a glance whether the package has been opened. It effectively reduces the risk of unauthorized access, item switching, and resealing after tampering.
 
Core Technology 2: Abnormal Environment Monitoring｜Heat and Water Indication
In addition to tamper evidence, security tamper-evident bags can also integrate abnormal environment monitoring features to indicate whether the package has been exposed to abnormal heating, moisture, or soaking.
The heat-warning design can leave an irreversible red thermochromic ink mark when the sealing strip is exposed to high temperatures. This helps prevent tampering attempts that use heat to bypass the tamper-evident structure.
The moisture and water-sensitive design can monitor exposure to humidity or water through special inks. For example, if the “WATER” text on the sealing strip is soaked or exposed to excessive humidity for a long period, the text may disappear, serving as an indicator that the package has been exposed to an abnormal environment.
 
Core Technology 3: Serialized Digital Tracking
Each security tamper-evident bag can be printed with a unique serial number, barcode, or QR Code to support digital warehouse management, logistics handover, and responsibility tracking.
During inbound and outbound processing, sealing, transfer, or opening, management personnel can scan the barcode or register the serial number to track item movement and custody status in real time. If an abnormal event occurs, the unique serial number can be used to retrieve logistics records, handover records, or product history, improving management efficiency while strengthening anti-switching, anti-tampering, and accountability control.
